Description

Require users to choose (from a pull down menu - editable by admins) from a list of request types that will then select a different set of questions and fields.

For example a user who is an individual creating a design site will be asked a different set of questions than a user who is a non-profit organization made up of many individuals. Currently we ask users to ignore questions that don't apply but many people simply take this as an excuse not to answer most questions, so we need a way to ask different sets of questions of different types of applicants.

Done. Now, all questions are required to have an answer but the applicant is only shown questions specific to their selection on the previous page.
